#1 Shit Show (Video)
2025Installation Variable

- The Shit Show employs scale and ramshackle engineering to function as your entry point into the "Gatorverse," a parallel dimension. This interactive diorama is a rich bricolage of altered everyday objects, cast-off materials, and 3D-modeled components. When the viewer activates the sound and light mechanisms, the work transforms, actively blurring the line between a miniature world and an expansive installation.

This video work captures the raw, DIY energy of a 'mobile sanctuary' in the Gatorverse, where the broadcast is not just entertainment, but a survival strategy. It highlights radio’s unique power to create a 'Temporary Autonomous Zone'—a space where history, rock n’ roll, and community can converge without permission.

It's a celebration of courage, hope, and the power of unity, balancing harrowing war realities with moments of wit and heart. This piece is an homage to those ideas, but set in the Gatorverse.
